Help others find a better way to bank and join our Graduate Development Programme. You will get a 360 view of our business and understand how we are quietly going about making banking simpler and better.
Should you be appointed as a GDP, you will be part of a rotational programme that will give you exposure to different parts of the organisation, within retail and/or business banking. After successfully completing the programme, you will be placed within one of (but to name a few) of the following departments in Capitec:
- Business Development & Technology (Information Technology; Digital & Data Solutions)
- Financial Management
- Risk Management
- Credit Management
- Client Experience
- Marketing & Communications
- Human Resource Management

Candidate Requirement:
- Must be a South African Citizen (10 Digit SA ID number)
- Should have minimal work experience (external applicants, criteria to be utilised), and should be a recent graduate
- Degree needs to be completed before the 1 February 2022

Qualification Requirements – Undergraduate or Post-Graduate Degree in the following or similar disciplines:

Degree completion date: before 1 February 2022
Degree must be at least a level of 7 in South Africa & Grade average: 60%
The candidate must not have a qualification that is higher than level 10 in South Africa (Masters)
